Spiting up...

Does anyone elses child projectile spit up???

Lachlan does...not as ofthen as he use to....

When we fist brought lachlan home from the hospital with every feed he was spiting up...n not just a little spit up I'm talkin a lot of spit up he would like project it across the room! (Thank got for micro fiber sofas and carpet cleaner) n it didn't make sence to me how a baby can spit up what looked like his entire bottle n still gain weight! Any ways so the dr told us to add rice ceral to his bottles to thicken it up n help him hold it down....so we had this routine goin we would feed him the bottle with rice ceral then sit him up for about 30min so his tummy could settle.....not that easy when he crys the whole time!

So every bottle has rice ceral in it...n he is getting soooooo fat! Pushin 20lbs!! But sometimes not always but sometimes he still projectiles spit up all over the place...and it doesn't help that hese teething now and always has his fingers in his mouth <3

So my advice to mothers of babys who spit up like lachlan did...or does...add rice ceral to the bottle, have the child sit up for a few min just so their tummy can settle. And if on top of the spitting up their teething like my darling little boy who likes to gag his self....buy some oralgel!
